GET OUT AND VOTE

This tuesday we make some serious decisions. One is to choose a new president. After eight years of lies and mishandling of our government and everything it stands for, we now have a chance to change directions and move in a positive direction. We need a leader we can stand behind and support. A leader that cares about us and our needs. Personaly, I see those qualities in Barack Obama. He speaks from the heart and his record prooves he cares about people. Give the Democrats a chance to change things. How in the world could they do any worse? Think about it.

I couldn't agree more. You make a good point when you say that it couldn't get any worse and I'll add to that by saying it might not get any better than Obama. I wasn't initially sold, because, like a lot of people I didn't know much about him. Luckily for me I read about him (and his opponent) and liked him as a candidate more and more as I read.

For what it's worth, I read about McCain (and Palin) too, and actually lost respect for McCain.

Maybe we should just listen to a man who McCain admires so much (and maybe he should to) and I quote "No one should ever sit in this office over 70 years old, and that I know."

Don't forget to vote and if you've already voted, volunteer!
