Okay, Tiger lives in a gated community right? Surely they have speed limits. Wouldn't the speed limit be 25 MPH on a residential street? You would think the fire plug would have stopped the SUV if Tiger was doing the speed limit. From the looks of this pic it appears he was speeding and this is only two houses away. Now I am no crash expert but it just seems to me you would have to floor it like someone was chasing you to do that much damage in such little distance. I don't think Tiger was going out at two thirty in the morning to pick up diapers.
