GIVE PEACE A CHANCE!

The whole world is shocked! But not me. All I have heard all day long is, "what has he done?" Well, I am sure that the prize committee consists of highly intelligent, respected members. I think they knew what they were doing. After all, like I said before, Obama could sit on his hands and do nothing and do a better job than the dodo we had the last eight years. Obama has spoke of peace and hope since the get go, instead of bullying the entire world and having a voracious appetite for power. It took eight years to screw things up like they have never been screwed up in the history of the world and you want it fixed in nine months? Get real!

YES WE CAN!

Tonight history was made and we now have a president we can stand behind and support. One who will lead our country with a positive outlook on our future. President Obama gives me hope and I am very excited that change is finally here. Today the election was a slam-dunk because we are all tired of all the broken promises and lack of leadership over the last eight years. I think the most important thing I look at after this election is that all us are created equal. A country that went from slavery to electing the first black president? Whoda thunk it? Tonight I remembered the termoil of 1968 and how far we have come. We still have a long way to go but like Barack said tonight, we'll get there. We'll get there. How can you NOT be exited about that?
